This is a bit random, but as it is – I am a weekly reader who lives in Portland, and figured I might as well mention: if your joint pain has something to do with arthritis, Glucosamine/Chrondoitin supplements help quite a bit with joint pain in general.

Given that your livelihood depends on the good health of your right arm and hand, may I suggest that you get some muscular friends to do the hauling for you, so that you don’t risk injuring yourself? Pay them with pizza and beer, or something…
